To secure your spot and ensure your child is ready to make a splash:

  1. Log into the Parent Portal: Click on the blue button below to be taken to the Parent Portal or click here

Once you are in the Parent Portal, follow the steps below:

  • Select "Click to begin" at the bottom of the home screen:
    • Click on "Booking"
    • Click on "Book an Assessment"
      • At this stage you can either create a profile for your child or skip ahead to view the timetable
    • Choose from the three age-appropriate classes (further details are outlined below)
    • Types of Assessments: We offer parent and child classes for 2 years old and under, as well as learn to swim classes tailored to different age groups
    • Choose the Level and Time: Pick the level and time that best suits your schedule
    • Select Student and Follow the Prompts: Complete the registration process with ease.

Infant - 2 years old You and your baby will experience a playful and engaging assessment session with other parents. Your little one will be hungry and tired after swimming. We recommend you bring snacks and a drink. They usually sleep well after swimming. Parents – please wear a tshirt over your swimmers. Your baby will need to wear a reusable nappy, disposable swim nappies are discouraged. Rash shirts are optional. Don’t forget towels for you and your baby.
3 - 5 years old Parents are not required to be in the water with any child over the age of 3 years old. We would love you to be their number one fan. This assessment focuses on evaluating basic water safety skills and swimming abilities in young children. Key areas include comfort in the water, floating, gliding, strokes and confidence. Your presence on the poolside means the world to your child! Being their number one fan not only boosts their confidence but also makes their swimming lessons a fun and memorable experience.
5 and older This assessment focuses on evaluating basic water safety skills and swimming abilities in young children. Key areas include comfort in the water, floating, gliding, strokes and confidence. Your encouragement and presence can make a huge difference in your child’s swimming journey. Cheering them on from the poolside not only boosts their confidence but also strengthens the bond you share.

What time are the lessons?

Our lessons are held in the morning and afternoons from Monday through to Friday and then in the mornings on a Saturday. The morning lessons range from 8am - 11am and then the afternoon lessons range from 3pm - 6pm.

Does my child need to wear a swimming cap?

Yes! All children who are aged 3 years and older must wear a swimming cap for their lesson. Fabric swimming caps are an easy option.

Should my child wear goggles?

This is up to you. Some children find them a hindrance but others like to wear them.

I need to cancel my lesson

No worries! We understand children can get sick or life gets busy. Follow these steps below:

  • Mark yourself absent on the parent portal to qualify for a make-up
  • The family must be a current financial customer, enrolled in classes to redeem a make up
  • Catch up the curriculum within 60 days.

How long is the lesson?

Lessons are 30 minutes. Once your child is at Level 5 "Bull Sharks", the lessons increase to 45 minutes.

How many per class?

  • 3 per class (Zebra 1 & 2)
  • 4 per class (Zebra 3 & Leopard)
  • 5 per class (Tiger)
  • 6 per class (Bull 1 & 2) and (Parent and Child Class)
  • 8 per class (Bull 3)
